This morning, I saw my first signs of snow from our house. From what I understand, it may not be the first snowfall of the season around here, but it was my first look so I snapped a few photos. I shot at a few different zoom levels for some valley perspective, but unfortunately the contrast is poor in the closest photos due to the overcast skies. The three peaks in the center of the picture are called the Como Peaks (elevation ~9,000'), which are viewed from our house in Hamilton (elevation 3,595'). If you look closely you can see the patches of snow that are still left from last season, but the coating of white in the highest areas is new.
