Some Features of the Northern Rockies Ahead DVD

• Multiple Audio Tracks - There are three audio tracks on this DVD. You can hear the standard audio track with music, or hear the commentary tracks from the directors and cast. Just use the "audio" button on your DVD player, or use the menu we've provided on the DVD to switch the audio at any time while you are watching the movie.
  
  
• Descriptive Subtitles - Subtitles are available for every ski shot in the main movie, and unlike regular subtitles that indicate what is being said, these subtitles tell you the name of the skier, the ski trail, and the ski area. Now you won't have to wonder who it was under all that ski clothing, simply click on the subtitles, and you'll have all the information. You can use the "subtitle" button on your DVD player, or use the menu we've provided on the DVD to switch the subtitles on or off at any time while you are watching the movie.
  
  
• Chapter Access - Just like a CD, you can go forward or backwards to any of the 19 chapters of the main movie, just by clicking the appropriate button on your DVD. We also have a chapter selection menu available on the DVD so you can see a picture and the title of any chapter, then instantly go to it. So now, if you have a favorite part of the movie, you can go there instantly without watching the rest!
  
  
• Special Featurettes - Since we make our movies for family and friends, we often like to include some off-beat moments that we found amusing or interesting (such as the annual food segment). Now, these clips can be sequestered away on their own part of the disc so that only those people who are interested need watch them. Some of them are quite funny though, especially James walking up the stairs on his skis.
  
  
• Movie Trailer - In the past, we've thrown our movie trailer at the beginning of the VHS tape. We've included it because it represents some of the best shots from the movie, as well as a substantial amount of work. Now the trailer has its own location so you don't need to see it every time you watch the movie, you can see it whenever you want.
  
  
• Motion Menus - One of the great features of DVDs is the ability to have motion menus. In this case, while you are making your choices in the menu, a short movie as actually playing in the background. While these aren't critical, they can make the DVD experience more fun. Be on the lookout for motion menus in our movie, some have video material that we didn't use anywhere else.
